Nurtura Collective

Lisa is the founder of Nurtura Collective, offering calm, considered care for women through pregnancy and the early months of motherhood.


Lisa provides Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy, pregnancy and baby massage, hypnobirthing and ICF-accredited coaching for mums, providing nurturing, attentive support from bump to beyond.


A qualified Hypnobirthing Practitioner, certified MLD therapist and baby massage instructor, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and ICF-accredited coach, Lisa pairs genuine therapeutic skill with warmth and discretion. Her approach is unhurried and wholly non-judgemental offering a quiet, restorative space to feel properly cared for at every stage.

Now settled back in Farnham with her family, she focus’s her professional time and experience into creating a private, luxury space for clients to feel comfortable and able to truly relax in, all while taking care of their essential beauty needs."

"Sarah is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with 13 years’ specialising in digestive health, with particular expertise in supporting women through the hormonal and digestive changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. 


She qualified in 2012 and holds a BSc in Nutritional Therapy having studied at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

Sarah uses Functional Medicine principles to work collaboratively with both men and women to uncover the factors contributing to symptoms such as reflux, bloating, digestive discomfort, fatigue, brain fog, and hormonal imbalances. She then creates practical, achievable nutrition and lifestyle strategies tailored to each individual's health goals.


Sarah is also very experienced in using functional testing to gain further insight into underlying health concerns. These can include gastrointestinal health assessments, food sensitivity testing, adrenal stress profiles, female hormone panels and cardiovascular health screens."

With a background in Human Resources and counselling training, wellbeing has always been at the heart of her work. Trained in advanced aesthetics and emergency management on Harley Street, Carly specialises in natural looking treatments, taking time to understand each client’s goals and creating tailored treatment plans with realistic expectations.


Her approach focuses on refining, enhancing and preserving natural features, helping clients maintain confidence, age well and feel like the best version of themselves."
