Room Information




We have 6 well appointed and equipped rooms available for practitioners to rent on a regular long term basis.  All rooms have flexible booking arrangements, meaning you can book for exclusive use, blocks of time or certain days of the week, subject to availablity.  Please contact us for further details.


There are 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor with floor areas ranging from approx. 7.5m2 to approx.  17.5 m2.


Each of our 6 practitioner or treatment rooms has:

  • Wash basin

Central Farnham Location



Wellbeing House is located on East Street in central Farnham, within easy walking distance of its superb array of independent and high street shops, cafés and restaurants.


Public Car Parking is available within 2 minutes walk at Brightwells Car Park (GU9 7WD) and there are private parking options for the Practitioner or if a Client needs easy access.


Farnham Train Station is 10 minutes walk away.

By renting a space at Wellbeing House, you are joining a community of like-minded professionals, offering the benefits of networking and a supportive environment created by housing different wellness offerings under one roof. We have been very keen from the outset not to just "rent rooms".

We will be organising Education and similar events for and with our Practitioners both at Wellbeing House and in our Meeting Rooms.

We have tried to answer a few of your questions about Wellbeing House, but please contact us with any questions.


  • What times or days of the week can I book?

    If you book a room on a full time, exclusive basis, you will have access to the room 24/7.


    However, we understand that you may need flexibilty week-to-week or to book a room on a certain day of every week.  This is all possible!  All we ask is that you book a minimum block of four hours.  We are currently developing an online booking system, but in the meantime, please call us for futher details. 



  • How much does it cost to book a room?

    Our rooms are competitively priced, and if you book on a regular basis you will receive a % discount.  Please contact us for further details as each room is priced individually. 

  • Is there storage at Wellbeing House?

    Yes!  We have a dedicated room with secure lockers for your personal belongings and tools of your trade. 


    If you take a room on a full time, exclusive basis, storage is provided in the room itself. 



  • Are the rooms furnished?

    Five of our rooms are furnished with a treatment couch (height adjustable), desk, chair, trolley and all have superfast wifi. 


    Our sixth room offers seating and side tables.


    If you book the room on a full time exclusive basis, you are welcome to provide your own furniture or equipment as the room is yours 24/7.

  • Are the rooms CQC ready?

    Our consulting and treatment rooms at Wellbeing House are CQC ready.  The rooms at Wellbeing House have washbasins, disabled facilities and access and a separate sluice room.

  • What is the size and layout of each room?

    We have 6 rooms of varying sizes across two floors. 5 out of the 6 have washbasins, all have air-conditioning and dimmable LED lighting. There is a light and spacious reception area.

  • How do clients access the building?

    Wellbeing House has a secure system whereby the front door can only be accessed by clients who have a QR code that is sent by practitioners ahead of their appointment.
